Erin Fournier

As a Certified Human Behavior Consultant and Specialist, Erin Fournier has traveled the United States to support hundreds of families, and educators. She followed her mother, Jeanine Fitzgerald’s footsteps seven years ago. Erin graduated from Westfield State University in 2005 and worked in an a public school setting for two years where she discovered her passion. Erin is the Director of Family Coaching for The Fitzgerald Institute. She resides in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts with her husband, Jason.

Megg Thompson

Megg has over 16 years of experience working with children as a kindergarten teacher and nanny. Her work has taken her throughout New England, Europe and to the Cayman Islands. She has completed internships with Bev Bos in California and The Fitzgerald Institute in Massachusetts. Megg has a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of New Hampshire. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Seacoast Charter School in Kingston, NH. Megg lives in Hampton, New Hampshire.

Kate McCosham

Kate has over 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood care and education. She received her education in Canada and New Hampshire. While in Canada, Kate served on the Special Education Advisory Committee for a public school system. She and her husband, Koosh, raised 2 daughters. Her eldest has autism which provided Kate with her deep understanding of sensory communication and insight. Kate has held positions of Cooperative Nursery School Supervisor, Preschool Teacher; Head Teacher in an Infant Program; and Director in a Kindergarten/After School Program as well as a 6 weeks-12 years Child Care Center. Kate runs her own consulting business – Fifth Moon Consulting in Arizona.

Robbin LaRue

Robbin LaRue, M.A., is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, Public Health Educator, and Master Trainer in the state of Vermont. She has nearly 30 years experience in the fields of education, primary prevention, juvenile justice, maternal health and child care. The core of Robbin’s work is driven by a commitment to always remember the child’s point of view and her belief that parents and educators want to offer their best to the children in their care. Robbin graduated from the University of Vermont and Auckland University in Auckland, New Zealand. She and her family reside in the foothills of the Green Mountains in Vermont.

Pattie Medieros

Pattie Medeiros has over 20 years of experience as an early childhood educator, home visitor/parent educator and Certified Behavior Consultant. Her previous experiences include the roles and responsibilities of a lead teacher for toddlers and preschoolers, peer mentor, family engagement specialist, professional coach for teachers, and parent involvement advocate in programs throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Pattie believes that every child, parent and family has a unique personality, and individualized constellation of strengths and struggles. To maximizing potential, Pattie recognizes and develops a repertoire of effective strategies that are relationship-based, family-centered and strengths-oriented.
